My husband and I stayed at Adventures Seeker location, we loved the proximity to everything in Traverse City, the space was very nice, clean and we especially appreciated the use of the bikes to ride the trails! We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Grand Traverse Bay is the crown jewel of Northern Michigan, and staying with Elevated Stays puts you at the center of it all. Whether you prefer the vibrant energy of West Bay or the serene sunrises of East Bay, our collection of luxury vacation rentals offers the perfect home base for your aquatic adventures. We prioritize homes that offer seamless access to the region’s famous "sugar sand" beaches, ensuring that the water is never out of reach.
For guests seeking a lively atmosphere, our properties near Clinch Park Beach and West End Beach offer the ultimate convenience—walkable access to sandy shores, splash pads, and the TART Trail system. If you prefer a quieter retreat, look for our listings near Bryant Park or the secluded spots along Old Mission Peninsula, where you can enjoy private picnics and watch the sunset over the water without the crowds.
But it’s not just about sitting on the sand. Our Traverse City rentals are strategically located for active travelers looking to launch kayaks, rent paddleboards, or charter boats for a day on Lake Michigan. When you book an Elevated Stay, you aren't just booking a house; you're securing your spot in the heart of Michigan’s freshwater paradise. Skip the hotel commute and live like a local—just moments from the waves.

What guests are saying
What a perfect spot for a girls’ getaway! We came from all over the state for a wedding and loved the opportunity to catch up around the dining room table, make meals together, and go out and enjoy the beautiful Leelenau wineries and the Traverse City restaurants. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to have our own rooms. The place was beautiful, surrounded by trees and just far enough away from the road and other houses to feel like you’re truly escaping the busy world. An excellent choice for a family or a bunch of friends!
Loved our stay in TC! The location of the condo was perfect! We could walk to numerous restaurants and shops downtown. Owner response was great! They even brought over an iron and ironing board to accommodate us! Would definitely stay again!
Your Spot on the Sand
Browse Rentals & SaveFrequently Asked Questions
Which Traverse City beach is best for families?
Clinch Park Beach is the top choice, featuring a splash pad and snack bar right downtown. For a quieter spot with shallow water perfect for toddlers, locals prefer East Bay Park.
Where is the best place to watch the sunset?
Bryant Park faces west and offers incredible evening views. Alternatively, many of our Elevated Stays feature west-facing decks so you can watch the sun dip below the horizon from your own patio.
Are there any dog-friendly beaches?
es. West End Beach has a designated stretch of sand specifically for dogs. Most other public beaches restrict pets in summer, so checking our pet-friendly rentals is the best way to ensure beach time with your pup.
Where can I go to avoid the crowds?
Drive out to the Old Mission Peninsula. Hidden gems like Haserot Beach are nestled among vineyards and offer a quiet, secluded atmosphere away from the downtown rush.
Is the water warm enough for swimming?
Yes! The crystal-clear freshwater warms up by July and August. Because the bays are protected from the rougher currents of Lake Michigan, the water is often calm and glass-like in the mornings.
